- Sound : The Pro 2018 has two extra speakers, which makes the sound better. Very cool if you like to watch movies without earphones.
- Storage : The iPad Pro 2018 has options for 512GB and 1TB storage, with which you can store as many as 250 movies or 6.5 million document pages! Very nice if you want or need to have a lot of documents with you.
Besides these differences, the biggest difference between the iPad Air 3 and the iPad Pro 2018 is actually in the design. The new Pro has also been given a new design. It is thinner and the corners are sharper than those of the traditional Air. The design therefore looks sleeker and more modern.
The two iPad devices also differ in terms of screen design. The Pro 2018 has a much larger relative screen surface. This is because the edges around the screen, called bezels, are much thinner. The Pro is also the only iPad available in 12.9 inches.
Another difference to consider is the difference in connectivity. The 2018 Pro features USB-C instead of Lightning. There are a ton of uses for an iPad Pro with USB-C, like connecting directly to an external display or charging your refurbished iPhone .
