Repair

It is unfortunate that you have to have your device repaired or returned, but we are happy to help you. The device you send will have to be registered. Before you can offer your device for repair or return, you must go through the steps below:
Step 1: Remove Apple ID

Due to privacy laws, the device is completely erased upon receipt and that is also the reason that " find my iPhone " must be disabled. Read here how to delete your Apple ID .

Please note: If an Apple ID has not been removed, the device will be returned to the sender without being processed.

Step 2: Backup and delete data

Delete all your data from your device. Make sure you make a backup of that data , so you don't lose anything. When the data is deleted, it can be repaired faster and checked whether the repair was successful. Also look up your IMEI and serial number , you will need them later!

Step 3: Fill in the form

Please note:
We recommend that you complete the form via Google Chrome, Edge, FireFox.

Step 4: Send the device

After sending the above form, you will receive the shipping instructions within 1 business day. It is important that you do not send any accessories or SIM cards with a repair. Remove covers from the device and remove the SIM card and keep it safe until you have the product back. If it is a return, please send everything (except the SIM card).

Please note: returns are your own responsibility. So make sure you have good packaging in which the product has no space and is tightly packed. If you do not trust it, ask our customer service for a new box, so that you can send your Apple product without damage with complete certainty. A box for an iPhone/iPad/MacBook/other is €20,- and a box for an iMac is €30,-.

Important:

If upon receipt it is found that there is fall, impact, pressure and/or moisture damage to the device, we will not process the request for repair or return. In this case, we will contact you. The warranty conditions can be found here .
