What does the application process at Leapp look like?

We are looking for colleagues with the right skills and qualifications. Who you are, what you look like and where you come from does not matter to us. The first step - from application letter to invitation for an interview - is therefore always blind. That is to say, your CV and motivation letter are stripped of personal characteristics. This way we know for sure that we judge everyone on what is needed for the position and nothing more.
You can also send your resume without a photo and name! Make sure we can reach you.
After the CV round, a job interview follows, digital or not. Depending on the position, a second round of interviews follows and finally the offer.
