Unfortunately, we can no longer accept products that are no longer supported by Apple. We no longer sell these products ourselves.

How does it work?

Check whether the device you want to trade in is in the list of 'Which Apple devices do you accept?' See the overview in the left block or the table at the bottom of the page. You will also find the indicative price in the table. Please note: this is the maximum trade-in value. If the device is in the list and the indicative price is according to your expectations, you can proceed to step 2.
🚨 Important: Make sure you have your ' Find my iPhone ' and your iCloud removed of your device before starting step 2.
- Private trade-in: We have created a special site for this purpose, sell your device quickly and easily via sales.leapp.nl . If you want to trade in/sell more than 5 devices of the same type, use business trade-in!
- Business trade-in: The minimum number of Apple devices that you can trade in for business is 5 pieces . There is no maximum number. Please note: There is no obligation to purchase new devices. It is allowed ;) When you trade in for business, you will receive the trade-in value in cash. With fewer devices (private trade-in) you will receive a gift voucher worth the trade-in value of your old products.

From here we will inventory the batch together and exchange data with each other. We will start working with the information and within 5 working days you will receive a bid from us.
What happens to my Apple device?
Products are graded, wiped and renewed where necessary (screen/battery, etc.) in our process. The products are then offered again via our webshop to both private and business customers with a 2-year warranty. Products that are no longer suitable for sale on leapp.nl are sold to or recycled by partners.
Useful to know:
Back up your data so you don't lose anything when you hand in your devices; Make sure the ' Find My iPhone ' feature is turned off on your devices; We operate a certified program to perform data wipes (data destruction) and proof of data wipe is returned after we have processed the batch/lot.
Sustainability
A refurbished iPhone delivers no less than 27(!) kilos less CO2 emissions.
A refurbished iPad 80 kilos less CO2 emissions.
And a refurbished MacBook even 170 to 200 kilos!

Disclaimer
- The final trade-in value of the product depends on various factors. The condition of the product, the year in which the device was made and the configuration of the device. In the price table we only give an estimate of the value. We can only give the actual value once we have the device in our management.
- Payment is made by means of a Leapp gift card that you can use on Leapp.nl. You can use this on all products that we sell via the website.
- For security reasons, we will always delete the data from the device. You are responsible for deleting data before sending the product to us. Leapp and partners cannot be held responsible for loss of files and data.

How long does it take before I receive the final price of my device?
Of course we will get to work for you right away. After filling in and sending the form you will receive an indicative price by e-mail within 2 working days. The final price will be determined once we have received the device on location, if you do not want to miss your device for too long.
Do I pay the shipping costs myself?
Yes. When you send your device to leapp, the shipping costs are for yourself. The costs for returning are for our account.
Why do I need to remove Find my iPhone (FMI) before sending in the device?
For an iPhone or iPad , FMI must be removed before you send the device. If FMI is still active, we cannot register your device for repair .
