Since the launch of the trade-in service in 2024, customers can easily trade in their old Apple devices for money or direct reuse within leapp's refurbishment process. With the addition of Samsung, Google and Xiaomi, this service will be further expanded, giving more consumers the opportunity to give their devices a second life.

How does it work?
Customers can easily trade in their old Samsung, Google or Xiaomi smartphone via the website . After a quick assessment, they will immediately receive a trade-in value, which can be used as a discount on a refurbished device or as a payment. All devices handed in are checked, professionally erased and, where possible, refurbished for a second life. Devices that are no longer suitable for reuse are recycled in a responsible manner.
