At Leapp we understand that you want to check if your device has been repaired properly before you commit to it. Especially now that we no longer have stores, this is more important than ever!

Since earplugs are a hygienic product, we will only accept returns if the packaging has been unopened.

After registering, you have 14 days to return your product, together with the return form that you can download below.

It is possible to exchange products at leapp by returning the purchase to us within 14 days of receipt and then placing a new order on our website.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to offset orders against each other or to request a replacement item via the return form.

After registering, you will receive an email the next business day with instructions on how to return or exchange your purchase.
You then have 14 days to return your product, together with the return form that you receive after registering the return.

Exchanges are only possible by returning the purchase to us within 14 days of receipt and then placing a new order on our website.

To return your device, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Remove Apple ID

Due to privacy laws, the device is completely erased upon receipt and that is also the reason that " find my iPhone " must be disabled. Read here how to delete your Apple ID .

Please note: If an Apple ID has not been removed, the device will be returned to the sender without being processed.

Step 2: Backup and delete data

Delete all your data from your device. Make sure you back up that data so you don't lose anything. When the data is deleted, it can be repaired faster and checked if the repair was successful.

Step 4: Send the device

After sending the above form, you will receive the shipping instructions within 1 business day. It is important that you do not send any accessories or SIM cards. Remove covers from the device and remove the SIM card. Keep these safe until you have the product back!

Please note: returns are your own responsibility. So make sure you have good packaging in which the product has no space and is tightly packed. If you do not trust it, ask our customer service for a new box, so that you can send your Apple product without damage with complete certainty. A box for an iPhone/iPad/MacBook/other is €20,- and a box for an iMac is €30,-.

Important:

If upon receipt it is found that the device has suffered fall, impact, pressure and/or moisture damage, we will not process the request for repair or return. In this case, we will contact you. The warranty conditions can be found here .

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a repair take?

Of course you don't want to miss your device for too long. We do our best to return your device to you repaired as soon as possible. The average repair time for a MacBook is 2 to 3 weeks. The repair time for iPhones and iPads is 1 to 2 weeks.

Do I pay the shipping costs for a return myself?

If you return your purchase within the 14-day inspection period, the costs are for your own account. If the device does not function properly, we will provide you with a shipping label.

Why do I need to remove Find my iPhone (FMI) before sending in the device?

For an iPhone or iPad , FMI must be removed before you send the device. If FMI is still active, we cannot register your device for repair.

I purchased my product for business and would like to return it. Is this possible?

This is possible if it is a refurbished product. If it is a new Apple product, this is not possible.

When will I get my purchase amount back?

We will do everything we can to refund your purchase amount within 10 working days, after receipt of the returned product and approval. Sometimes this may not be possible, but you can rest assured that you will have your purchase amount back at least 30 days after receipt of your product.
We will refund the amount in the same way as you placed your order. We will, as it were, completely undo the payment. If this does not work, we will of course contact you.

Conditions of a return

The return request was requested within the first 14 days after receipt of the product. The product in question was received by leapp within 14 days after receipt of this request.
The package is returned complete and undamaged. If you do more with the received product than assessing it and damage occurs to the product, you are liable for the depreciation of the product.
Headphones/earpods are a hygiene product. These can only be returned in an unopened package
Purchased software packages (such as Microsoft Office) have not been opened and/or activated.
You have paid sufficient postage for the package to be sent.
The product was not purchased via B2B.
The device has been wiped and, where necessary, 'Find my iPhone/iPad' has been disabled.
