Since earplugs are a hygienic product, we will only accept returns if the packaging has been unopened.
After registering, you have 14 days to return your product, along with the return form that you can download below.
You can exchange products at Leapp by returning the purchase to us within 14 days of receipt and then placing a new order on our website.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to offset orders against each other or to request a replacement item via the return form.

To return your device, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Remove Apple ID
Due to privacy regulations, the device is completely wiped upon receipt, which is why " Find My iPhone " must be disabled. Learn how to delete your Apple ID here .
Please note: If an Apple ID has not been removed, the device will be returned to the sender without being processed.
Step 2: Backup and delete data
Erase all your data from your device. Make sure to back up that data so you don't lose anything. Once the data is deleted, repairs can be performed more quickly and the repair can be verified.

Step 4: Send the device
After submitting the form above, you will receive shipping instructions within one business day. It's important that you don't include any accessories or a SIM card. Remove any covers from your device and remove the SIM card. Keep these safe until you receive your product back!
Please note: Returns are your own responsibility. Please ensure the packaging is secure and doesn't block the product. If you're unsure, ask our customer service for a new box to ensure you can ship your Apple product undamaged. A box for an iPhone/iPad/MacBook/other items costs €20, and a box for an iMac costs €30.

The return request was submitted within the first 14 days of receiving the product. Leapp received the product in question within 14 days of receiving this request.
The package has been returned complete and undamaged. If you handle the received product in any way other than simply assessing it, and damage occurs, you are liable for the diminished value of the product.
Headphones/earpods are a hygiene product. They can only be returned in unopened packaging.
Purchased software packages (such as Microsoft Office) have not been opened and/or activated.
You have paid sufficient postage for the package to be sent.
The product was not purchased via B2B.
The device has been wiped and, where necessary, 'Find my iPhone/iPad' has been disabled.
